Just wanted to follow up again. Back in May the Ctek did its thing with the Subaru's battery, as we've no need for 4 cars it got parked up at the mother in laws and I took the headlights off to get our other Legacy estate through its MOT as I didn't want to be buying another headlight. Took the battery off it today and when I got home it didn't even want to charge as the batteries voltage was so low. So I stuck the battery in front of our gas fire for a little while and warmed it up just a touch and it was able to start charging the battery.
I'm charging the batteries of all three cars before winter to make sure they don't have any battery related problems when it's cold. I only wish I had a garage where I could just charge the batteries in the car with the comfort leads attached!
