In traffic or idling at standstill for 10 mins or so the temperature gauge on mine goes up to 1/2 way or a little higher, on the move in warm weather it usually sits around the 1/4 mark but over the past week with the colder weather it has been sitting below the 1/4 mark on the move. I noticed that adding the exhaust wrap and new heat-shield seemed to help bring the temperature down slightly.
Anything different than what you all notice means there is something wrong.
What you all describe is 100% typical B temps.
Even here in Greece where its a bit warmer all the time the temps are the same.
