Which other cars use the same lump? I'm guessing that the Fiat/Lancia/Alfa group did more with the motor than just 60,000 Barchetta's?

I see the good ole 5 pot Coupe turbo is still going strong in the Lancia Thetis..

Was used in the Punto HGT and Fiat Coupe in europe. We didnt get that one here.

20vt still going stong in the Thesis, if Thesis sales were going strong. They detuned it to 185bhp for the Lancia though (idiots!). Probably as the outputs were too close to the flagship 3.0, then 3.2. And on the subject of moaning about what Fiat do to Lancia, the had the 200bhp jtd in the Alfa and Croma, but did they upgrade the Thesis....nooo, they kept that at 175. Well that was true not so long ago, the very latest may have been.
Thesis' coming down to around £7k now for an early miler. There may be one (well another as someone in Glasgow bought one new) coming my way at some point - i hope.
And yes, tell me to naff off to the Lancia forum with that rant!!! :yum:

Low pressure turbo I think..also the original 20vt at 220hp didn't meet E3 emissions. the later version does, I wonder if the new regs for E4 and the completely new ECU fit strangle the motor? Mind you the 220Hp version isn't the most reliable engine ever built. I had 2 of them and the 150Hp na version..the word fragile springs to mind.
