Technical Bad noise

2008 fiat punto making this noise when it starts up and for the first few minutes of driving the noise stays whilst l'm accelerating but goes eventually, I'll add a video of me accelerating it below, also when I stop at a red light or so it shakes a little sometimes worse than other.

It sounds like it is misfiring, have you checked the plugs/leads etc. to start with.
Not keen on the rattle, so it may be more involved.

Had a family member change coil pack and spark plugs last week because when he plugged in diagnostics it came up with misfire code

Still sounded like missing to me, was video after plug and coil pack change?
If it didn't improve it I would do a compression check.
