Bad Car Experience (porsche)

Send my car to optima werkz for general maintenance a few days specifically told them that I need to travel to malaysia this week and ask them to do a good check.
Spent 2k++ on the things they recommend. Thought the car is good to go so I bring my kids for good holiday.
Who knows after just cross the customs on the very 1st lunch the car cannot start. Call them for help cos I'm not comfortable with the shop in malaysia. Told them what happen they were very defensive telling me a lot of excuses. They not willing to pay for the towing and do not wish to give me any assistance.
Whole thing drag for 2 hours, a malaysia tow truck drove by offer me a help. Do not have any option I agreed, settle within 15 mins charged me 380RM.

Err...this is the Fiat Forum, not Porsche, and the vast majority of us are UK based so can't really advise on Malayasian consumer matters
