ive been told that when driving my right back tyre bobs outwards and inwards what could be the cause of this dudeS?

Have you got steel wheels with wheel covers, it could be one of the covers aint sitting on right and giving this illusion. If not than I would check into it NOW!

its not the wheel covers, as they are secure

You have a bent/buckled wheel or the tyre has been flat for some time and the tyre has lost its shape when it was pumped back up. Carry on driving with a bent/buckled wheel like that with it on it'll snap the road wheel bolts off and the wheel will come away from the car. Not safe at ALL.

Sometimes when they are dirty they can look like they are moving out of centre.
Clean them, and then have a look.
