Tried two aerial bases and still no joy? Says circuit resistance below threshold?
Earth clamp at the bottom got. A good contact?
Battery good voltage?

Where would i locate this earth clamp and battery has a good voltage. Fm works and nav works, just dab says service unavailable??? Thank you for your reply
The bolt holding the aerial base to the roof under the headlining is the earth plate/clamp

Ah right yeah I've tightened that as tight as I can get it.
Not sure what else you can try then

No two second hand ones but it says it was fully functioning when bought, it's funny that I'm getting the same fault code on all bases so I wouldn't have thought it would be that??? Strange??? Could be the radio itself ??? Saying open circuit?? Proper baffled. You don't have to code or program new bases for the car do you or is it like for like??
Should be a straight swap
