I've gotten an "Airbag failure" message on the screen, the light came on and none of the commands on the steering wheel is working, not even the horn. I've put the tester on it and got these messages, but i don't know what part are they refering to. Can anyone help me?

B0103 - 1st level, driver's airbag resistance
B0113 - 2nd level, driver's airbag resistance

Hi,
This is almost certainly a broken or disconnected "clockspring" This is a thin flat cable in a spring loaded assembly that electrically connects the moving steering wheel to the stationary rest of the car. It fit between the stalks and the wheel.
Alternaively the plug has pulled out on the steering column.
What was happening when the light came on? Normal driving, manovering or going over a bump.

1st and 2nd level, driver's airbag resistance refers to the airbag mounted on the steering wheel. As you have other steering wheel related faults, the problem is likely to be with the 'clockspring' or its connector. The 'clockspring' is behind the steering wheel and is a coil of multi-strand ribbon cable, used to connect all the steering wheel electrical functions to the car's electrical systems.

SAFETY WARNING: Disconnect the car battery, then wait 20 minutes before disconnecting any airbag related wiring or components. If you are not absolutely sure of what you are doing, don't touch it.

I've a 2018 FIAT DUCATO 250. My clockspring was broken. I changed it and the light of the airbag was still present. In fact the system inside was cut and the connexion was with the circuit wasn't efficient. I turn a little bit the pins and now it's OK. On the picture it's the problem with the pins. Take care that the connexion with the black part of the circuit is well fixed.

Hi, be careful, when you remove an airbag you must disconnect the battery at least 1 hour before the intervention. It is also necessary to discharge the capacitors by switching on the headlights for example.
