I've just had my 97 bravo NCT tested (Irish equivalent of MOT) and was told I need to replace one of the rear axel bushings. However, those friendly fiat folk have told me that it can't be done and that I need to replace the entire swinging arm. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a way to replace just the bushing and where can I get a replacement bushing?

nct guys are muppets! gave my brava hell! try a motor factors, the bravo doesn't have an axle though.......

PETE!!! How can you even suggest powerflex. All those damn things do is transfer the vibration and jolts to components that werent designed to absorb them. Powerflex nearly went out of business because they cuased monstrous failures in Jaguars!

Always use orignal bushing wherever possible.

Actually Pete with you in the car there probably isnt any need for bushing at all yer bloody lightweight!!
