As per the title really, i was planning on trying it myself but im now in the situation of having to take it to my garage, anyone shed some light?
I thought it was only back brake pistons that needed wound in?
Brake piston rewind tool for the rears, on the fronts you can just push the piston back, personally I use a woodworkers G-Clamp.
Keep an eye on the brake fluid in the reservoir... I take the lid off before pushing the pistons back, you really don't want brake fluid on the paint under the bonnet.
If the fluid looks to be about to spill I drain a little out using a turkey baster!
Copper based grease is better on brakes lmao!If you already remove the calliper and realise you have no G clamp, a good strong piece of wood, patience and a bit of elbow grease will get them back in.
This you coming back to Fiats again at last
£50 parts and an hours labour.
