Technical Audio speakers

My stilo door speakers....I think they are 6"....correct me if I'm wrong. I want to know if a pair of 6.5" speakers will replace the original ones or will I have to modify them?

I have a 3 door stilo.

I have 5dr and I have used 6.5 all round, the only thing I had to do after cutting out the old speakers was to brake off plastic circle going around the adapter. As other wise it would not fit nicely.

I wanna upgrade my speakers and on 3 dr stilo think up front u need 6.5 component speakers and on a back just coaxial 6.5.if u buy booth coaxial make sure they are 2ws so u can attach tweeters

I might have to customize the trim because I think the 6.5 speakers won't fit. If I'm right in sayin there's a black trim where the speaker sits in and the 6.5's won't fit.
