Audio Issues

I have just bought my bravo and want to fit my existing cd changer - a Panasonic 6 disc. My car is a 98 R so it already has the changer lead in the boot. Is there any way of adapting this lead to fit my changer or do i have to put in an entirely new lead?

i think the only converter you can get is to a sony unit.
