Hello,
I recently had my aeriel snapped off in the car-wash so I bought a new one and thought it would be as simple as plonking it on the roof and running the cable to the rear of the stereo. Everything seems to be connected ok, but I can no longer hear MW at all and on FM it cracks-up when I operate an electrical device such as my windows or the screen-washer. I have had to use aeriel extention cable as the lead with the aeriel wasn't long enough to reach the stereo, but the connections are very secure.
Any advice on what is wrong and how to fix-it will be greatly appreciated
