I need to find a programme that'll tell me whats on my pc (hard and software) so I can figure out what mother board I have.

I had to format the PC on Sunday, and need to update the MB drivers so I can get sound again! Any help appreciated!

Easiest option is to open the case and note down any numbers (serial number, etc) and google them!

If it has AMI BIOS then you could try this: http://www.ami.com/support/downloads/mbid14.exe

Another tool you can use is CTBIOS : http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Sys ... BIOS.shtml

Always worth a try!

I've managed to get as far as finding out I have an ASUS A7V600-X but every driver update I can find is an .awd file and won't run! meh!
