Re: Atticus's Mk2b Punto conversion!

Looking amazing, just wondering what was involved to get the leather interior into your punto, was it just a straight swap or waht?

As im looking to put an alfa interior into my mk1 punto :D

Re: Atticus's Mk2b Punto conversion!

yes the rears are right bastards!
Hardly worth the hassle!

youd be better off getting your standard rears trimmed!

As for the paint its going to be a custom mix so its going to be rather pricey!

Re: Atticus's Mk2b Punto conversion!

The grill's on the rear bumper were plastic welded up, then fibreglassed and finally skimmed with filler.

And all im saying about the rear seats is that they are c*nts to fit.

Im the only person to have ever spent enough time to get them in.

And from the experience and hassle i would have rather just had my standard rear bench trimmed.

i cant stop anyone just my personal opinion having actually done it.

Re: Atticus's Mk2b Punto conversion!

I think your car is awesome

personally i would say the seats are worth the hassle but then i cant say iv done it so i wouldnt know

wonder how much it would cost to get my seats retrimmed :chin:

anyway iv allways loved the look of your car specially them wheels

good job(y)

Re: Atticus's Mk2b Punto conversion!

Nahr couldnt get hold of it which is no suprise lol

Lad off cleaned-uk suggested i have a look at copper grease for a colour and i actually really like it!

Maybe a tad darker tho as its very much like martins, hence why i was after his paint code!
