but im left with wires and no ignition barrel, if someone can help me then please pm me, because i need to move the car and i cant start it.

When you say no ignition barrel do you mean the bit that the key goes into or the 'switch' that bolts onto the bottom of the ignition barrel? If the latter then maybe try a scrappies as I'm fairly sure any Uno switch should suffice. If you've still got the switch part then that can be turned to start the car assuming it's still connected to the loom. It will have a block connector that should connect to the wiring loom somewhere if I remember correctly.

Posting a pic of what yours currently looks like might be an idea for generating more answers

ok so here are some pics, it would also seem they have ruined my steering collumn, its all bent and makes banging sound when you turn it from near my feet at the joint

this is what im left with, i know the 2 wires to the right the thicker ones are the ignition, when you touch them together ignition comes on but other than that, i have no idea, been trying for about half hour to start it with no luck.

hi buddy,

sorry to hear that some1 tried stealing your pride and joy.
Right to make it simple your gonna need a complete steering column, ideally with the ignition cable cut, so you can match yours up when you refit.

i'm not sure if the steering column is fixed on with shear bolts, they can be tricky to remove. you can get new shear bolts from fiat i believe.

hope this helps

The steering column itself is mounted with 4 normal m6 nuts and the top and 4 m8 nuts at the bottom. The ignition barrel is mounted with sheer bolts but if you get a complete steering column from the scrapyard you won't have to disassemble it.

Worst thing is that you will have to use a separate key for starting because the ignition barrel is missing ( i guess ).

Steering colume should be easy to replace if the one I did on my Strada Abarth was anything to go by, only held in place with about 4 bolts. I had the whole think out and back in within about 30 mins. You'll obviously have to take of the nut on the steering wheel and an impact gun will be best for that. You could hit a problem with the spinles though if they're not the same which could be possible.
