Hi all,
I have a Fiat Stilo 1,6 16V Dynamic 3D, 2003 Model
I recently had an accident and I repaired the car by adding a new motor
Since my old engine was damaged I bought a used one
The engineer put the used one as it was.
Everything works fine except from one. When I start the engine I get the message ASR Failure and a yellow circle with a triangle in it turns on (with the relevant sound beep)
I contacted the fiat service and they told me that the original car had no ASR system but the new engine had one. So every time I start I will get this message. Is this the only possible case for explaining this?
Since the replacement of the abs unit is too expensive how can I repair it?
And finally if I should replace it where can I find a used cheap one?
Please for your help because I fed up with those guys...And it costs!
