Despite desperately trying to change their image I believe the writing could be on the wall for them. Rarely do I hear or see anything good wrote about them.
A few years back when I had loads of problems with the flashing mileage issue they were great - once I got to speak to the tech directly and I turned up with the car demonstrating the fault.
If AC really wanted to improve things they would spend less on cheezy ads and more on giving their front line staff (reception and techs) the tools and time to do their job properly.
