VOSA are the people who approve MoT testing stations. They investigate complaints and can remove the right to conduct MoT tests, from the tester and the site!

About time VOSA got out & about checking MOT stations without warning and coming down on garages hard. The MOT test is outdated IMO & needs revamped.
