Technical arghhh...need help with gearchange

Well 2nd hand box is fitted but the gearchange isn't right..

Neutral seems to far over to the right so can't get 4th 5th and reverse!! Other gears go in fine..
I see that one cable is adjustable but don't see why it should need ajusting

Well its seems to be sorted now...luckily I kept my old gearbox as the pivot linkage for the side to side movement was slightly different on other box by a few mm..fitted it and all was where it should be...
Fingers crossed that this box is ok..
Really strange...
