are wheel trims classed as a mod

i am learnnig more and more stuff which 10 years ago wouldent be classed as a mod are classed as a mod

i was thinking about changing the wheel trims on my fiat to something a bit nicer than the standerd ones i was curious to know if these are classed as a mod because i can't afford £500 for alloys or for the insurance to go up

Nope they are just a trim, if they were a "mod" then a lot of people would be in a lot of trouble. It's only if you actually change the spec of the wheel, then it'll be a mod!
