I have Fiat Stilo 1.6 2002 5 doors.
Unfortunately the Sunroof doesn't work anymore and I am looking for a complete one.
But does the Sunroof of Fiat stilo 3 doors fit to my Fiat 5 doors?????

I think they have the same dimensions, but also I am not sure.

Can anyone advice me.
Thanks in advance.

Best regards

Do you mean the panoramic roof, with the individual glass slats?

That seems to be a single item, so it's the same part for 3d and 5d.

But.. why/how does your sunroof not work? Is the motor dead or is the roof mechanism itself actually broken? The motor is an easier thing to track down... and it might be the relay that's the problem, rather than the motor itself.

Thank you very much Ralph for your reply.

Yes it is the all panoramic roof, with the individual glass slats.

It has a mechanical problem. Specifically the first glass, it does not go up, so the others can not also move backwards without the movment of the first glass.
I can open it with the motor but first I must use my hand to push the first glass strongly up, and pull the last glass too, then the motor can open it.

I tried to fix it but I couldn't. And here in Germany is very difficult to fix it because of the costs.
So I am thinking to buy a used one and safe money time.

The motor and the switch are working very well.
I can close it with Motor-switch after opening it.

But now I can search for a panoramic roof 3 doors or 5 doors fiat stilo.

Or can you give me some ideas.

many thanks

Have you tried doing a reset on the sunroof ? (Page 74 onwards in the handbook).

Sunroof shall be re-initialised after disconnecting
the battery or if the relevant
protection fuse is blown:
❒ turn knob A-fig. 81 to “0” (fully
closed);
❒ keep the knob pressed for over 5 seconds:
the sunroof will close jerkily;
❒ keep the knob pressed and wait for
complete closing of the sunroof, until
the sun curtain clicks twice.
Sunroof is now initialised and it shall work
regularly. Otherwise, contact Fiat Dealership.

IMPORTANT Carry out the initialisation
procedure with the engine running. If stopping
the initialisation procedure before
ending it, repeat it from the beginning.

Yes of course, many times.

If the slats are jamming then it sounds like a physical/mechanical problem rather than electrical.

The only solution seems to be a new roof .. but also check the rails that the slats operate in. If the rails are damaged then that might be the problem rather than the moving parts of the roof itself.

The only other idea I have is if you can't find the parts in Germany, try hunting on eBay Italy and maybe even Turkey if you can find someone to help you with the Turkish language. Stilo's were a bit more popular in those countries, so there's a greater chance to find rare parts.
