I got a Mreg, Cinquecento 900cc SX, and my MAP sensor is gone, can't afford one from Millauto (£50) so I called up a salvage yard and they say they got one(£17).

However the numbers on the bottom of the sensor does not match up. does this matter?

Need reply ASAP, to let em know, thanks guys :)

does it look the same, what car did it come off?

from the same engine, just has different numbers on it, however, the guy at the garage said he had 2 there, and they both had different numbers.

Should be OK. I think they used 2 or 3 sources. But you could 'phone or PM Fluffy the Impaler on ClubCento 01332 345869. I'm sure he does them for less than £50 anyway.

Cool, thanks for that fingers, I'm getting one tomorrow from a scrappy, will see if it is any good... Also, I may need a RPM sensor, can't find one however, is there another name for it?

Well I took the car to LSUK and they tested it for me, the current problem was the MAP, however, there was a historic fault, RPM sensor.. I'll sort MAP first, and see what happens :)

I've just taken the Map Sensor off my M Reg 899 cc SX and fitted it to my W reg Seicento Sporting. I checked on the Fiat ePER first and they have the same part code for both cars.
