Hey there,
Since I have the car have an annoying issue. At accelerating the power is poor and at 3000rpm there is a bump, at higher speed there are also some bumps. The pressure gauge is dropping some lines. I had a lot of LOGs of the car and the problem is some kind of electric with the WG solenid control/lambda. The mixture is rich, when it is cold can't drive the car normal because it feels like it is drowning.
Followwing parts are new:
-coils+sparks
-ac+injectors(mesured cleaned)+pressure regulator
-MAP+Turbo pressure sensore+Throttle body+N75+BOV
-2 Lambda probes
- cam+crank sensors
-multiair module
-turbo
-pcv

There are no error codes...

Has it been remapped or does it have a power box fitted as it could be a defective map. Also check the pipes to the waste gate are fitted correctly and that there are no splits in turbo pipes or inter cooler.

It is stock 180hp SS, and I have a 2nd ECU which is also stock 180hp, but the problem is still there. Vacuum lines are changed to new. Turbo pipes are looking good (not tested). One time I was pulling the wires and connectors and the car was like a charm for about 1.5day than the problem was back. I looked the harness and connectors but can't find anything.
I talked one of my friend, who has an US 500 Abarth(multiair also). Had similar problem, changed the engine, ecu, everything but not a single DTC. Then they find 3 broken wire in the loom somewhere under the fuse box...

And you’re not getting any error codes ?
No codes... I'm working in an italian workshop(abarth-alfa-ferrari-maserati) and always fixed these kind of issues, but with my own car... I'm searching 2 years now change all the parts. Every time it is getting better but the main problem is still there..
