Technical Anyone got a 16v timing kit?

Anyone got a cam locking kit sitting around in a shed they want to loan out?

Preferrably for free?

Keep getting the urge to do work on the Tipo. First job check the timing before doing anything with regards to removing the head.

Do you need one? On the smaller petrols there are line-up marks on the sprockets and casings. Is it a mechanical fuel pump on the 16v, in which case there may well be a painted mark on the sprocket and casing from previous belt changes? Can you physically turn the crank with a socket to check that all these marks line up in the first instance?

Tipo is getting her own garage! Shame it's nowhere near the house so arranging to work on her is going to be interesting. I need one of these new houses with a double garage
