Saw THESE on eBay, has anyone here got them as it would work out nearly half the price of getting the glass tinted profesionally. (y)

I bought a set when I first bought the car as I was concerned that with all the glass acting as a green house that my kids would get too hot as although we have air con, it still gets hot in the back. I too was thinking about having tints applied to the windows but felt it would be better fitting blinds as they just pop out come winter and then are stored in the supplied carry bag. Then can be easily be fitted in minutes as soon as the warmer, brighter weather returns.

They fit into the window frame recess in the rear doors and you can open the windows with them im situe and still have benefit of tinted windows as tjust the outer glass lowers. Also they fit into the rear quater glass panels either side of the parcel shelf and are supplied with a split rear window blind that is sculptured around both the rear led brake light and window wiper.

They leave no gaps and come with fixing clips which to be honest are not really needed as they fit into the recess already there. I have to say that they are by far the best car blinds I have ever seen and are really good quality too. My brother was so impressed that he also bought a set for his land rover so his pooch was protected from the sunlight, bless....

My sun shades arrived today and I'm quite impressed by them, they were easy to fit and from the outside they block out a lot of the interior view.

The only downside is I wish they were a bit cheaper, you can buy a pair of small sun shades from Asda for a couple of quid and when all said & done these are just glorified versions of those.
