Technical any one experienced this?

iv left the car to stand for two days now twice in the cold.. i came to start it and on both occiassions started fine but......

i couldnt rev the engine for about a minute like the fly by wire was sticking or something? any one else experienced this?

i have to leave it run for 2 minutes before i can even think about revving the engine.. since it wont let me no matter how hard i press the pedal down.

thts not the same since iv replied in that thread already..

i mean it doesnt physically REV so even if i wanted to put my foot down it wouldnt do anything.. does that for around 10 seconds or so..

craig you need to chill abit mate....ok it didnt rev for awhile but perhaps it didn't want to as ECU programming wont allow it because of outside temp, fuel temp, air temp,coolant temp etc.....(my 2.0 non fiat diesel does this on even slightly cold mornings but i'm too busy putting seat belt on, tuning radio,putting lights on to notice now)
