500 Any load restrictions on my Fiat 500

Good morning, I have offered to take my daughter and husband plus their two suitcases to Gatwick airport in my Fiat 500. Can anyone tell me please what the maximum weight is that I can carry in the Fiat. We are all of slight build! Not sure about the cases!

Weight won't be an issue, space in the car might however as any large case won't fit in the boot

Let's assume 4 adults (75 kg each) and a tank of fuel is 360kg. The suitcases will weigh less than a human. One case may fit in the boot, other behind front seats. Car will be comfortable. There's full load tyre pressures in handbook, mid 30's psi all way round should be fine. The rears may need letting down when you return home. Hope this helps.

I’ve read somewhere total passages + luggage 440kg. But i’d not want to get that close to the limit myself!

I once put 300kg, 12 bags of coke in our old Micra, no problem.

I've been and gone and done it! And lived to tell the tale!! Thanks to all for your helpful advice. Pumped the tyres up, cases fitted in fine with one of the rear seats folded down. (and they were large cases), with 1 passenger sat comfortably behind me and the other in front. The only problem was the traffic!! Thanks again.
