All I did was push harder and pull and pull, it came eventually. I dunno how these theives pull them out so easily, took me and my bro 15 mins to get mine out. And 10 mins to get the new one in![]()

awesome mate!! Make sure you declare your mods! I phoned up my insurance company and they don't allow any mods. and I don't want to leave them because I'm only paying £500 on my own policy! so I'm going to wait a while before modding the car. But I've heard that Sporting alloys don't make your premiums go up because they are an optional extra with the car! I'm not sure how true this is though so I'm going to look into it! :slayer:
I did it arse fae elbow, did the mods then tried to insure it, after a few internet searches got insured ok for everything done to car, just under £350 fully comp.think it's bcause i'm 40 sumthin

I would have avoided 6 x 9's at all cost to be fair. Should have bought some components instead.
Components are basically front speakers but the tweeter and main speaker (also called a woofer) are separate. And a crossover is used to send the right signal to each individual speaker to give the best sound quality.Bit late now
What are components and why?

6x9's are a controversial choice a lot of the time as there is a 6x9 vs Sub war going on and to be fair a sub is better value for money, you get more bass per pound![]()
You got it.so basicly you fit your own tweeters and front speakers and drop a sub in the boot and you get a better audio sound in the front so you can appreciate the sound ratehr than just have two speakers in the shelf which i think look pretty good, thats fair enough it makes sense but i still like the idea of 6x9
i fitted my mirrors and eventually got my HU out last night with the help of my Bro, mine is taking the **** to get here tho!!!
i hope it comes today :worship:
