Any Excel EX-Perts here?

Can anyone help with my Excel problem please? I have got a spread sheet and in boxes 1A,1B,1C, at the top I have titles. I want these titles to be done so when I scroll down the page, the titles will scroll with it so I know what the titles are as they go out of view. Is this possible?

Yes. Click on row 2 (the actual whole row, where the number 2 is) and click "window" "freeze pane". Otherwise you can use the pull out lines from the bottom, will tell you how to do that when I get to work if you haven't worked out the above (Help will help, search for Freeze Pane)
