Are these easy enough to fit and will it improve handling any ?

But do you mean an ARB or a strut brace?
OMP are the only people making them at the moment. 3 types, one straight one (actually for the Cinq), which will fit SPI Seis and MPI cars not running the stock airbox, one cranked one for the MPI and a wierd one for MPI with anti lock brakes.
You have to fit them so that the bottom of the strut brace fits directly on the top of the front shock turrets, and this means moving the expansion tank and ECU brackets. Sometimes it's necessary to make new ones up or cut the old ones.
There are two for the front: the bottom one should only be fitted to track day cars and then, only at the track, as they will catch big style on speed bumps, potentially wrecking the suspension.

Ah, the one in Midlothian, thats what I thought, but I wondered whether Athelstaneford (pronounced 'Elsenfor') had been awarded city status in my absence.
