Technical Anti-roll bar drop link

I have just bought a new drop link - not Fiat! It has 17mm nuts on both ends. My Marea R reg 2.0 has 17mm at the top and 15mm at the bottom. I cannot undo the bottom nut - it's rusted up. Before I cut it off, I want to be sure the new one is correct and will fit. Can anyone advise, please. Will the bigger bolt go into the anti-roll bar?

Replaced both sides a couple of months ago, for the second time. Both sets were non-Fiat, Q-H possibly? Definitely different size nuts top & bottom & fairly sure 17mm & 15mm.

I replaced mine a few months ago with genuine Fiat drop links and they had 10mm diameter threads at each end with (I think) 15mm nylock nuts.

For the record, the links are correct. The thread on each end is identical, but the existing links have 17mm nuts at the top and 15mm nuts on the IRB end. Thanks for the replies!
