Technical Antartica alloys

hi all my antarticas alloys have been kerbed by a previous owner and the lacquer has peeled in places not too bad just cosmetic really, I'm gathering they are lacquered on the actual rim edges , and only painted on the inner sections would it just be a case of cleaning up the damaged areas and spraying them with lacquer or would it be better to sand the whole rims

Do an internet search for 'refurbish diamond cut alloys' and watch a few youtube videos.

Unless you have the right equipment it would be cheaper to have them professionally refurbished.
My alloys only had primer on the inside faces and a refinisher would paint the whole wheel giving better corrosion protection anyway.
