Just purchased a 1996 orange barchetta. I am located in Montreal, Canada and have no resources here as the car was never imported into North America.......should be interesting. Not my first Fiat I have a 1977 124 Spider, 1971 128 Sedan, 1966 600 and a 1970 OTAS (Scorpion).

Wow! Canada, (y) and welcome to the forum Andrerw,:) Its a friendly place and we all should be able to help with any questions or problems you might have. The barchetta is a fun and fantastic roadster and sure if you look after her will bring you lots of a fun and admiration. Some pics of yr B is usually the norm, and once again , any querys, fire away . Kiry aka KC ..(y)

So will mid winter without a hardtop -25C can freeze vital things. I'm in Toronto mid April n have never seen a Fiat in Ca previously, presumably you imported it, from whence? I've heard tell of Europeans importing Canadian cars but thought it too difficult to reverse the process. Best of luck to you with it. My Canadian chum nicknamed my red car the PussyMagnet!!! Wishful thinking? I'm still hoping:)

Thanks for the warm welcome. The car was imported from Japan with another orange one. I purchased both of them. I have owned Fiats for the last 20 years but have never driven one in the snow. All my cars are placed in heated storage in October and on come out in the spring (April).

Welcome to the forum.

Mine survived -22, but their not the best for snow covered roads :)

Anyway, enjoy the summer when it comes!
