I took my old, non-working one off as I had a spare working one.
Unfortunatly, I did'nt look at how it came off.
On the carb part of it there is a forked bit that sticks out. On the inside of the auto choke housing is a coiled spring with a flat at the end of the coil.
My question is: Does the flat of the coiled spring fit between the forked piece or does it rest on the bottom of it.
I have fitted it with the flat of the coil fitted into the slot of the forked bit and although I starts first time from cold, as it get hotter the revs keep rising. Something is not quite right.
Help me, please.
