Annoying electrical problem!

My Brava 1.6 SX has just developed a really annoying problem.
Every time I indicate to turn left as well as the normal dashboard arrow flashing the brakelight warning symbol flashes on and off in time with the indicator!

Both brakelights are working properly so the warning symbol has no business lighting up at all, but flashing on and off in sequence with the indicator is really weird.

Anyone know what the likely cause is, and how to stop it happening?

I couldn't find anything relavent in a "Search", so I doubt this has happened to many Brava/o's, but I'm banking on someones' expertise solving the problem.

I haven't an idea...but I'm quite sure Darren had this problem and found out the cause...hopefully he should see this

queue the super hero music i is here dum de dee dum hehe hey buddy open your rear light panel which ever is doing the flashing be the right or left and pull the entire plug out of the light and then give it a clean and then plug it back in then see how you get on with that if not it may be a grounding problem all you do there is re sand the grounding point near the light and the connector and all should be well
