IT'S DONE!!!!! I need to let the ECU "learn" for about 100 miles so it should be well settled in time for Sunday's meet

And Mark, the VRS can be taken to over 200BHP but 180BHP is advisable for a longer lasting clutch/gearbox. Costs about £325 aswell.

it's sitting at about 180BHP, it's quick but it'll get quicker apparently once it settles in...a new MAF may be in order for the summer. 5th gear is devastating, it goes from 60 to 110 in almost no time, I'm lovin it!!!

Also, the brakes need doing pretty sharpish, not sure what to go for though, will look around before payday.

same here i was reading in the sun the other day and national are doing full oil changes for good prices

regular crap and oile filter - £15
semi-synthetic and filter - £20
and fully synthetic and filter - £25

hehe ill be going down for a full sythetic methinks considering it costs about £35 for a 5 litre bottle anyway but offer is available for anything up to 2300cc and a max of 5 litres

Paul from Angel phoned me today just as a follow up for fridays remap. He's opening a garage down in Ayr sometime next month and he was telling me about a crazy power remap for my car...but it destroys clutches pretty quick (not good since i've been seeing prices of over a grand). He was saying I could give it a wee shot to see if I like it, seriously thinking of doing it - for the day at least
