if i still have my car it will make an apperance at perth

we need to find a nice quite long stretch of road for some 0-60 sprints that would be cool

Why would you not have the Punto?

I can't believe how many folk are selling up just now! It's like a trend or something!

Gonna have to change the site name to "ex-fiat-Scotland.com" soon

I do wonder if its available to purcahse.

Surely will be. Colin, shame like - what about a return to a (non-GT) MK 1 Punto?

As far as I know there are 2 variations on the 2l 20v and they've only just started remapping one of them (for the Bravo, but they're the same engine) - my money's on the post '99 engine. The only to find out it to give them a call:

I heard about the 2l remapping on Fiatboo.co.uk, but I can't find the post...was within the last month.

The 155 is the post '99 model, so it looks like it may not be possible for your car. You may be able to get it piggybacked though...you should look at Dastek in Dalgetty Bay, it's a bit more expensive but you can take the piggyback to your next car and you get rolling road tuned.

If you have some more money you could go for a set of cams + piggyback...that could take you to 190BHP, there's a fella down the road from me with the 147 20v and he's looking at that route. He might be coming to the meet this Sunday...I'm trying to get him to attend.

Then a piggyback chip is really your only option, it'll be be tuned specifically to the car. I'd recommend you get it done at the same time, or at least within a couple of days of getting the cams fitted as the car won't run well and fuel consumption will be through the floor.

i dont know if a ecu remap would be an option for me as my fuel consumption sucks being an auto box hehe :) might just get myself a new set of sparks :D its taking its time starting up sometimes now

Darren, Angel don't do remaps for the 1.6...I asked and got shot down in flames, again the piggyback is the best option but costly.
