General Angel eyes bracket snapped?

The bracket on my angel has snapped, the top one, tried super glue but it won't bond the two back together?? Any ideas? M.O.T saturday so.....

cant you try to make a small metal bracket with 2 holes in(1 in each end)than screw it in place?

I have soldered the wires together? Bit ov a ball ache changing lights for an mot!
