well have just been reading some posts and noticed that cinq sporting owners get the black cap that goes on top of the 899cc cinq engine so that they can have an induction kit at the side just like an 899 .

my idea is though if the cap will fit a sporting throttle body will the sporting throttle body fit the 899 engine and will it make any difference as im sure that i read in one of the posts that you can fit a punto 75 throttle body to an 1108 and it makes a difference

the 899 and 1108 (sporting) throttle bodies are different even though they look the same. It's to to with the throttle bore size and the injector size too.

The 899 T/B caps are used only in the GSR F1i induction kits and those that make the homemade versions too.

what about a straight through exhaust will this make much difference in performance and are they road legal
