Any1 know where i can get a cheap amp from, new or 2nd hand for a cinq from???

There's normally a reasonable selection at most branches of A1 or Charlie Browns.

I got a 50 quid amp from A1 about 4 years ago to drive a bass tube in my old Vectra and can't fault it.

what will it be running? speakers or a sub? for speakers i'd suggest a sony xplod amp, the 1 wiv 222 written across the top (bout £70) but if ur gonna b running a sub, id suggest a Vibe Blackbox 1. just got one myself. (£120) its probably the nicest lookin amp ever! and it sounds amazing!! well worth it

the cheapest amp u'll get thats any good is gona be around £100 it's a boshmans 600 watt 4 channel i ran my alpine s-type off it or the site that i tell every1 to go on is www.mcs-direct.co.uk scan through all the makes and see what takes your fancy you can get an alpine amp for £90 quid but the wattage isn't very high! good luck

to be honest i wouldnt touch boshmans again after my experiences! my 2 seperate amps i had started smokin, speakers popped if u even thought about turning the volume higher than mute. mite just be my bad luck tho!!
