one(probably black)will go to the ground(earth)other(probably red)will go to live. where you put the live is up to you. you can put it on a constant live on a switch or on an ignition live.
a cleverer wat to do it is to put it on a constant live through a relay that is switched via the amps remote wire so its only on when the amp is on
basically you connect the relay to your power source and then use the amp signal wire to 'switch' the relay. i'll try and dig up a diagram as it seems really complicated when put into words, and its really not
so the remote lead could be your amp signal or ignition live depending on your preference and set up.
the ground is straight to the body work and 12v can come of the battery.
the 'connect to electronic component' goes to your fan's '+' feed.
then you just add a ground connection to the fan(s)
