Am i Insured?

We have another car in my wife's Maiden name, the insurance is up to date but in her Married name, are we still insured?

Probably Not! don't quote me though, insurance may claim that the insurance is for another person due to the difference in last name. Confusing.

I believe so, your wife is still the same person and it can take time when a woman gets married to change the names over on everything. i would still ask the insurance co, tomorrow, and get the V5c sent off for the name change fairly soonish.

Yes as the correct person is named correctly on the insurance policy, thus indemnity is covered, just a matter of getting the V5C updated.
