its ok, i will only buy it if its cheap. also because i might have trouble taking it home in the back of the panda, i know a guy who works there so he might be able to put the seat in the workshop until i can lend my dads focus 
just had a thought, what colour are the seats in your panda steve, and will it bother you if the seat is a different colour?
It's very simple to replace the fabric Chris. It literally just slips on and off. My fabric is fine, it just needs a clean, it's the frame that's broken.

Just a thought, but if it is only the material/seat cover you need Steve, it is fairly easy to remove from the frames on the 750L 'deck chairs'. Well they were on my C reg one as I used to put them in the washing machine every so often...
Mainly thought about it as regards courier costs
