Styling alloys 2nd f**k up

hi brought some alloys and they still dont fit can some one with 17 inch multipla wheels give me some numbers like the off set and some numbers like 6.5 or 6j tyre size or rim not needed just the rest

Just fitted some 17" on my multipla 2 days ago
Was pretty easy! Wheels were zcw angel with 205/45 17 and the et is 38 and were 4x100 pcd
The only real issue were the bolts as i needed some tuner variation bolts or commonly know as wobbly bolts but in my particular case they had to be slimline too
When you say that they dont fit, what exsactly is the problem?
