alloy wheels

i have a 53 punto, i bought new alloys for it however they are off the new grande punto. i know that the pcd is different by 2mm and the offest is 1.5 mm narrower on the new wheels.
i am wondering if i can get away with just using spacers to cure the offset problem. if i can how big spacers would i need?
or would i just be best grinding out the offset?

apologies the offset is the same apparently the same as the old wheels its the centre bore im having problems with is it possible to solve this with spacers

the center bore is smaller, you will need to take them to a machine shop and get it made bigger to 58.1mm

once that is done i take it they will fit no problem.
