Just got mine back from the garage yesterday with new clutch, timing belt, flywheel and heater plugs, needless to say my bank account isn't looking as healthy as it was last week but all is well so far, at least it starts now and is drving well. (y)

:( Well spoke to soon!!!!!! Exhaust snapped at back box by rear wheel had a look tonight no joints from front to back Now that looks/sound expensive........... Maybe its because I stopped at a peugeot dealer and spoke to sales about trading for a newer 807 model last week.....maybe I should call it "christine" :)

Hi Jarred, well I got rid of my ulysse, had enough of the breakdowns. Will say thou , you would be better of getting a stainless exhaust from dpf back, I had mine done and it cost me £375 with a lifetime warranty or theres a place online called shop4parts who use to do the rear section cheap and then you had to get a mechinc?exhaust bloke to cut and fit, goodluck

:) Thanks went to a motor factors near me (after ringing round loads and getting silly quotes) But your right you have to cut the section out and fit/clamp the new bit in.
After finding the right one no-one has it in stock!!!
As the back box had broken at the weld I bought a odd piece of exhaust pipe (for a £1) and rewelded it back together Job done. The funny thing was it sounded no different with the back box disconnected and it had been like it for a while? It was the spare wheel was loose and knocked when you went over a bump that i discovered it.
