Alarm

Friend has 1.8 HLX his key fob has broke on him. He can't disable his alarm now and it just goes off when it wants now. Not sure what he needs to do but he says he needs the key fob from a donor key?If this is right has anyone got one???How can he disable his alarm???

if you take the cover off the drivers side fuse box, there is a black plastic cap, if you remove the car there is a small key hole that looks like a broken circle, you should have a small black key with your set of keys if not you will have to improvise, on either side of the hole is on and off, if you turn this to off it will disable the alarm
