Ducato Airbag light is on

Hello friend.
New on this forum
The airbag lamp is turned on in my Ducato 2.3 multijet, yearmodell 2012.
I have cleaned the connecting under the seats and the two connectings at the ECU on the floor.
Erased the codes.
Airbag lamp still lighting.
I have done a scanning with my tool and it says:
B0102
Connec. to ECU container ground.
DTC status: precent.
Have someone any tips for me, please.

Contact Northern Autotech Services. I took my motorhome to Morecambe where they tested the air bag module, repaired it and refitted it in a hour or so. They also do a postage service. Do not depend upon Fiat, I have been waiting to hear from my main agent who ordered a new module last November. http://www.northernautotech.co.uk/

This error code indicates a fault in the connection between the metal case of the Air Bag Controller and the Vehicle Ground. I suggest you remove the 3 (?) nuts, clean the contact areas and reassemble. Maybe the position under the floor makes it vulnerable to water from snowy Swedish Boots ?

There is another ground connection via a wire from the Air Bag Controller M060 to the Ground Point C050 nearby. I suggest you check this out too (See pictures).

This is perfect. I forget to write that I have mounted an external cable from the nut/ECU metal case directly to ground on the battery. It didn´t help.
But I will check the M060 also now!
No driving with my mobile home in the winter her in Sweden so it,s clean and dry ;-)

I tried with a external cable from the metal case of the airbag controller to battery ground and another external cable from the C050 (nut attached to chassi) and to ground of the battery. Clear the faulty code and started.
The airbag lamp is still on . Maybe it is time to go to the Fiat dealer for investigate ...
