Technical Air Filter Change?

Hi

Can someone put me in the right direction please.

Where is the airbox on the 1.9JTDm Bravo, I can't see it looking in the engine bay. Is there a changing air filter guide?

You got the 150mjet? The air filter is on the bottom of the engine bay, jack the car up, un-do the plastic cover and you will see it, kind of off centre and closer to the near side.
I managed to change the filter by just un-clip the threeclips on the air box but it aren't easy, good luck!!!

Ok, thanks, it's a right pain, my Stilo and Alfa GT had their air boxes located in exactly the same place why do these silly Italians do this.......................

Went to my local garage, he let me borrow one of the ramps for £5 for 30 minutes.

Removed the old filter, replaced it with a K & N panel filter, what a difference!

You need a ramp for that?
well, ok, it is easier for sure... I just jack the front up and support it with axle stands, took me less than 30mins though!!!

If the air filter is the only mod. I don't think think it will make any different, I got a tuning box on mine, replace the stock filter with K&N to allow more air flow through, only aournd £40pounds, the dealer charge more for the stock one!!!
